  1. Can you tell me in the simplest possible terms what you do?

    In short, we manage projects for you. We consult with you on how best to accomplish a task and then we do it.

  2. Do you write content?

    Yes, technical, clinical, marketing. We love to write!

  3. What type of companies do you work with? 

    We focus on the medical device industry, aerospace, civil engineering, and government entities.

  4. My project requires involving multiple vendors. Although they are fantastic at what they do, they need leadership, management and guidance from me to make this project a success. I don’t have time to do this right now. Can you help?

    Yes, project leadership / management is one of our core services.

  5. I need someone to write a training presentation for our sales reps/nurses/doctors. I have some of the information and know there is more out there, but don’t have the time to research it and write it myself. Can you help?

    Yes, content development, which includes research in most cases, is one of our core services.

  6. I need to develop a process for our organization to do {X}. I don’t have time to evaluate the needs, analyze what needs to be done, develop how it should work and the tools that are necessary to support it. Can you help?

    Absolutely. Strategically developing and running projects is one of our core services.

  7. There are so many great ideas in my Strategic Plan. I want to do them all, but just don’t have the time. It seems like some projects end up on my Strat Plan quarter after quarter. Can you help?

    Yes, that is what we do. And the best part is, you still get to take the credit.

  8. We have a new product launch and want to build a training continuum {and the actual training presentations} for our sales team and customers. Can you help?

    Yes, we have experience in both areas and would love to work with your team to develop a bullet-proof training program.

  9. It seems like each year the Healthcare Professional Ethics Guidelines get more and more stringent. We can’t keep up with them. Do you have experience with this?

    Yes, we can help you stay current with guidelines and develop processes to ensure they are met.

  10. I am working on a project and need some research done. Can you help?

    We are skilled at research, and can provide this service for the majority of projects. There are, however, a few exceptions. Please give us a call to discuss the details.

  11. I work in Regulatory/ Clinical/R&D/Reimbursement/Outcomes Planning/etc., and have a project that I need help with. It requires all of the skills and services that you offer. Would you work with me?

    Absolutely. The skills and services we provide are transferable to almost any specialty/function. We market ourselves as providing expertise in the specified areas (sales training, marketing, communications and customer education) because those are the areas in which we have a lot of experience. However, past experience tells us it is relatively easy to pick up like-projects for new functions and provide the same level of skill and expertise that we provide in our core specialties. We also have access to a number of resources (aka other Consultants) who do specialize in these areas that we can work with or refer you to depending upon the project needs.   12. How do you bill?

    This depends on your needs. We can bill by the project, the hour, or something in between. We have clients that do all of the above.
